Thank you for being here. These terms exist to keep the community safe and respectful for everyone walking this road with us. By joining Manzil byMouadh or using this website, you’re agreeing to the simple guidelines below.

1. Your membership

Your access to the community and its courses is personal to you. We kindly ask that you don’t share your login, recordings, or course material outside the community — a lot of love and effort goes into building this for you, and keeping it within the community is what allows us to keep it sincere and sustainable.

2. How we treat one another

We’re studying the Book of Allah together, so we hold ourselves to the adab that comes with it — kindness towards the teacher, patience with fellow students, and respect for the sanctity of what we’re learning. If something ever goes against that spirit, we may need to step in to protect the community, but insha’Allah it never gets to that point.

3. Payments & cancellation

You can cancel any time and you won’t be billed again — no awkward calls, no hoops to jump through. We don’t typically refund partially used billing periods, but life happens; if something has gone wrong on your end or ours, please email us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Course material

The lessons, recordings, and resources inside the community remain the work of Manzil byMouadh. While your membership is active, you have a personal license to use them, learn from them, and benefit from them as much as you wish.

5. A gentle note

Manzil byMouadh is an educational community built with sincerity, but it isn’t a replacement for the personal guidance of a qualified scholar. We share what we know with care; the rest of the journey — and the ultimate accountability for your learning — rests with you and Allah ﷻ.
